- What's the difference between Pro and Concierge?
- Pro ($49/mo) is the full software toolkit — you run the deals, the product does the heavy lifting on rate analysis, drafting, redlines, and invoicing. Concierge (coming soon) is high-touch support layered on top: a Creator Agent OS operator working alongside you on specific deals at a 10% commission. Same product underneath; more hands when you need them.
- Why 10% on Concierge?
- Traditional agents charge 20%, every deal, forever. Concierge is less than half that, and only on the deals where you bring us in. The math should favor the creator, not the middleman.
- Can I cancel Pro anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings and you keep Pro access through the end of your billing period, then drop to Free. Your data stays — you don't lose deal history, contracts, or invoices on downgrade.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing leaves. Active deals above the Free cap get archived but stay queryable. Saved calculations, contracts, and invoices stay on your account. You just lose access to the Pro-only generation flows (new redlines, new drafts, new invoices) until you come back.
- Do you offer team plans?
- Not yet. Pro is built for individual creators today. Agent-side and team plans are on the roadmap — let us know what you'd want and we'll keep you posted.
- Is there a free trial of Pro?
- The first 25 creators in the closed beta get Pro free, forever. After the founding cohort closes, new Pro accounts pay from day one — we'd rather price honestly than rely on trial decay.
